Roles and
Responsibility
at Excelsis:
• Oversees the general accounting function, which includes inter-company accounting, managing debtors and Creditors within the pre-approved set time frame, accounts reconciliation, and balance sheet management.
• Accountable for ensuring that all policies and procedures (internal controls) related to accounts are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.
• Responsible for performing and achieving excellence in accounting function.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual balance sheet and income statement.
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year by providing insights with finance department; timely filing of annual corporate tax return.
• Internal Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and continuous improvement, coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
• Plan and implement Tax Efficient corporate structure
• Presenting tax planning to management and in time filing of returns.
• Audit and Analyze industry trends and market developments and present meaningful insights to strategies & grow Key accounts.
• Completing the statutory obligations of on completing the books of accounts duly audited in time.
• Maintaining & continuous checking for the accuracy of documents.
• Reporting at a more detailed level, such as profits by product, product line, customer, geographic region, debtors and creditors.
• Storage of documents to support financial statements for a period as required by regulations.
